All Prices Per Image *You must own copyrights to any photos. I do not edit other photographers images without their written consent. You can have them email me using their business letterhead. Edits must be paid for before delivery. Payment to Paypal address above. Send images to Dropbox at Mechala.Matthews@yahoo.com and email a detailed list of what you would like for me to edit.
Client/Photographer Contract
Guidelines
Other Photographers- NO other photographers must be taking photos during session. This causes subjects to not know where to look. If other photographers are present, which includes parents or others taking cell phone pictures, the guarantee of professional quality images will become void and no free re-takes will be offered.
All Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. A model release will need to be signed for all sessions and a valid ID is required.
Client agrees to not make changes to the edited images without written consent from the photographer. This does not include cropping or changing to black and white or sepia.
Photographer will never give Raw or Unedited images to client, please do not request.
If you do not want acne removed from images, please notify photographer the day of the session.
Please make sure children are fed, clean, and have a nap before session. Please bring cold drinks on hot days if the sessions are longer than 30 minutes.
Real Estate Photo Sessions- Home or Building must be clean and all light bulbs working. Photographer will not clean the home or replace the light bulbs. Please remove cars from driveway for outdoor photos. Please make sure porches and driveways are swept and all toys are picked up and pools are clean.
Poses- If there are any special requests for poses, please text them to Mechala at 850-889-5439 at least 24 hrs before session time.
Payment Information
All retainers are non-refundable unless photographer cancels. If rescheduling is needed, 1 reschedule is free, additional reschedules will require an additional retainer. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance of session date. All edited images will be available for viewing in the online gallery within 1 to 2 weeks of session date. Weddings within 3 to 4 weeks. If you would like a password protected gallery, please notify photographer at session to obtain a password.
Weddings and Receptions must be paid in full 1 week before wedding date.
Portrait sessions must be paid in full the day of the session.
Real Estate and Commercial Sessions must be paid before photos are released for download.
Social Media/Business Headshots must be paid the day of session.

Cash at sessions is also accepted, but photographer does not carry change. Please have correct amount. If you wish to pay by Venmo, please send to Mechala.Matthews@yahoo.com.
Retainers
$50 Non-Refundable Retainer to hold date for receptions, credited toward balance, $250 for weddings.
An initial retainer of $25 is required to book a portrait, real estate, or headshot session date.

Quality Guarantee
Quality Guarantee- If you are not satisfied with your images due to blurry or technical issues, a session will be offered for re-takes at no additional cost.
In case of inclement weather the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Weddings- No reschedule for weddings for obvious reasons. If the photographer notices blurry and unacceptable images for over 50% of images taken, you will receive a 50% refund; Photographers will check images periodically throughout wedding for quality, therefore this is not a normal situation. We understand that wedding days are irreplaceable and we do our very best to make it as perfect as possible.
Travel
Travel outside of 50 miles from the 32571 area code of Florida will be charged an additional fuel and lodging fee; You will be advised of this amount before any payments are made.
By scheduling a session, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the above conditions.
